Does anybody have contact to Chris Alamo? He wrote the wonderful tool Quad2Dat. But I am missing more templates. Does he still work on that program to build in more templates? Is he willing to give the source code to somebody else? I have experience (...) (20 years ago, 29-Sep-06, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Pirate ship big vignette

  Re: Door 1 x 4 x 6 with 3 Panes with color X Glass

(...) Not exactly. If Peeron shows a 'real' number for a part, we'll sure use it in creating an LDraw part file. But when the 'real' number is unknown, LDraw.org and Peeron each maintain their own set of xNNN numbers (except I think Peeron is in the (...) (20 years ago, 29-Sep-06, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Cthulego - The Burrower Brickneath.

(...) Bravo! I always found Lovecraft a little too dry and straight-faced to be really frightening so I find your ebullient, spectacular interpretation far more enjoyable.   Re: Pirate ship big vignette

(...) I know you said you wouldn't, but I would love to see that completed as a full ship ;). I think my favorite detail is the ships helm as a winch. It is spot on and look real. But then again it all looks damn impressive. Aaron A (20 years ago, 28-Sep-06, to lugnet.pirates, FTX)

  Re: *Almost* full-size submachine gun

Warning--this post contains info about clone brands

As some of you may be aware, the two brands Cobi and Best-Lock merged not too long ago, thereby giving Cobi access to the US market and also sweeping that gosh-awful non-compatible Best-Lock stuff into the dustbin.
