Re: LEGO Gortons' Fisherman, coming to a supermarket near you

Wow, Sean, great job on sculptures! I have to say I feel a special connection to this project because my great uncle was the Gorton's Fisherman. In fact, my grandfather's brother, (URL) Addison Powell>, may be the face that many of you remember as (...) (20 years ago, 15-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)

Re: New 8 wide train set at LEGO.com

(...) (snip) Fantastic models. Simple, basic, yet clearly recognizable as the German DB v200 class. I feel like I just stepped into a time-machine due to seeing these pictures. I have played with LEGO bricks since childhood (early 1970s). While I (...) (20 years ago, 15-Feb-06, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: 9V Track

Re: Differences between instructions and cover photo of old trainsets

(...) Hi John, due to massive advertisements and lots of cermmercials it was simply impossible to forget about Valentine's Day and so my wife got the flowers she was expecting (although Valentine's Day belongs as much into Germany's calender as (...)
