Re: New project: minifig scale walking dragline

(...) Bravo! A dragline is a great project & I can't wait to see this one progress. Are you modeling it on a specific real-world machine? Post more WIP pictures as you build, I really like to see how MOC's come together. Ben (20 years ago, 28-Nov-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Thoughts about the Target thief

I was sitting at the office when I received an email from a colleague at my old department. It read: "I hope you aren't doing this too!? :)" and had a link to the Bill Swanberg CNN article. Laughing it off, it sank in later in the day how bad this (...) (20 years ago, 28-Nov-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  RE: Mindstorms on Slashdot

I do agree with most of the comments about the blogging on slashdot, (especially about costing a product by its components only) but...   Re: Är även hjälmen Lego?

(20 years ago, 28-Nov-05, to lugnet.loc.se)

Re: Custom parts manufacturing

(...) I've been using www.expresspcb.com for years. I find these kinds of online PCB type services to be a fantastic way to prototype. And great value compared with the cost of making prototype circuit boards years ago. JB (20 years ago, 28-Nov-05, to lugnet.parts.custom, FTX)
