  Eclipse ideas

Any ideas how to track the sun trajectory using some gears and one RCX? Watching the eclipse I had this wild idea of creating a permanent projection of the sun in a wall in my room. B-) Using some gears, a lens or binoculars, a sun filter and a (...) (25 years ago, 11-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Some questions.

I'm returning to Lego after a bit of a break (yes, it was the Star Wars sets that got me back into it) and I have a few questions that perhaps someone would be kind enough to answer. [1] What on earth does FOTW mean? [2] And GURP ... what's that? (...) (25 years ago, 11-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Bulk Ordering - Secrets Revealed.

(...) Say, do stores ever get accrued discounts or rebates for large repeat purchases? Like, for every $1,000,000 you spend at 62% of MSRP, you're entitled to a $50,000 rebate or discount toward the next milestone? --Todd (25 years ago, 11-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Pnuematics: e-switch and thoughts

Hi, I have just completed the Technic Pneumatic Airtank. It is centered in the origin, and rotated along the X-axis. The part isn't perfect.
