It appears from this discussion that methods already exist, its just that they are not particularly easy to use or accessible. Whatever solution we choose, we need to think about usability. (...) If the program isn't acting funny, the last part above it is flipped (step commands doesn't have rotation matrixes) and perhaps the part above that etc.. (...) In his case it sounds more like a 180 degree flip. (...) Like I suggested, adding the file at the top and moving it down cleans the orientation.
