Don't forget that another valuable source of data on this is box images and instruction "pictures" that show actual pieces. Virtually every clear brick I have from the 70's is yellowed to some extent, except for the bricks in my 404, which are (...) (25 years ago, 8-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Patricia: Compressed solids have same weight and mass, only smaller dimensions (relative to its dimensions WITHOUT the compression forces). Has anyone used a motor to steer the new 8448? HOW?? I put the RCX in the trunk as everybody pointed out you could do. Then I tore off most of the body decorative pieces to make room to put in a motor to steer the car, so I can use sensors to keep (...) (25 years ago, 8-Aug-99, to lugnet.robotics)

Recieved mine on the 4th. It is simply incredible. One thing I really liked was that if you put a motor in it, you can make it run. Also, I put my Mindstorm RCX in the trunk(it slots in way too easily, as though it was meant too) and ran a wire to (...) (25 years ago, 8-Aug-99, to lugnet.build, lugnet.general)
