  Train motors half price via S@H weekly special
 
For what it is worth, this week's weekly special at S@H has #5300, the 9V train motor, at $12.50 instead of the usual $25. The website says they are sold out, so maybe they are; I didn't call. Hello, COLTC is currently displaying at the Ohio State Fair in Columbus, Ohio. The Fair runs from August 3rd thru August 14th and is open 9am to 9pm most days. The reason I haven't done that (although I did consider it) is because I leave my robot running for quite a while and it uses the tower almost constantly, so it burns through batteries quite quickly.   Two Usb towers
 
My current setup use's two IR towers, one serial, one Usb, to communicate to two Rcx's. The usb setup is contained inside a cardboard box to prevent clashing of the IR. Hi, (...) IIRC the GNU tools can take SREC as an input format and disassemble it (I think I disassembled the ROM from an RCX 2.0 from SREC some time ago).
