I personally use Submodels a lot for rotated sections. If you place the rotation pin/point at origo in the submodel, you can leave the rotation point at "parts origin" when you insert it in the level above. If there's something at an odd angle in (...) (21 years ago, 7-Jun-05, to lugnet.cad)

well, here's my shot at it (URL) i call it 'training' the mech stands 9" tall damn near as poseable and sturdy as it can get. i dubbed it the 4 korners frame for the shoulder design. check out the few pix that i have. he's got a sister in red also.
