  Train Module at BayLUG

Would people be interested in seeing how the GMLTC modules are made? I am working on one and am trying to finish it before the BayLUG meeting. I would prefer to hear that people are actually interested, though, as it is really putting me under the (...) (25 years ago, 4-Aug-99, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf.sj, lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: Some window questions

(...) If this is blasphemy, then burn me at the stake...... .... because I've done this a lot with the 1x4x3 windows. I reverse them too, but in an inside corner, the notches are in the way .... so off they come. About 10% of my 1x4x3 windows are (...) (25 years ago, 4-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Some window questions

Hi, Gary thanks for the additional info. I was also wondering if the 1x4x2 vehicle roof support hinge (which is pretty common) has ever had glass in it. In other words will glass from classic 1x4x2 windows fit in it. thanks, Chris (25 years ago, 4-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

As to the 1x4x2, it came in a lot of different sets. (...) (25 years ago, 4-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Perish the thought!! Eight-wides will save the world! [1] -John [1] If Lar would admit that they look even *half* cool, I wouldn't have to be so annoyingly over the top about this topic;-) (...) (25 years ago, 4-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Tightening Bricks

(...) Hi Frank, You might consider using a hydrolic(sp) grease found at most any pool supply store. We used that on the pool pump mechanism. It will stay better under water. Vasaline is a petrolium byproduct and has the potential to damage the lego (...) (25 years ago, 4-Aug-99, to lugnet.general)

Re: Minitalia Lego sets (from Italy)

(...) My friend Kurt Richter from Germany has some of these. He is going to send some scans after he's back from vacation. Much of Europe goes "on holiday" in August. If memory serves me correctly, some of these sets have black windows. Gary Istok (25 years ago, 4-Aug-99, to lugnet.general, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)
