  Re: March 26th Smart Meeting

I think a larger arena makes sense, so that it doesn't get too crowded. What size will the holes in the corners of the table be? How far away from the walls will the center of each hole be? (I'm trying to figure out if my wall detection will prevent (...) (21 years ago, 19-Mar-05, to lugnet.org.us.smart)

  Re: O-Train

(...) Ah yes, good points. I just threw together a small test loop with some intentional grades (2 plate per track slope) and some uneven transitions (pieces of cardboard under the track). The couplings seemed to perform well, but then I probably (...) (21 years ago, 19-Mar-05, to lugnet.trains)

Re: technic tread in starwars sets

(...) Search BrickSet or the Toy Fair pics I posted... it's in both those places. I look forward to that set for that reason alone... (21 years ago, 19-Mar-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  One last Robolab comment

I think I've done about as much commenting about Robolab as is allowed by any one individual so after this post I promise I'll be quiet. First off, I got a very nice email from Dr Chris Rogers in which he explained some things about Robolab to me (...) (21 years ago, 19-Mar-05, to lugnet.robotics, FTX)

  Re: Robolab's string

(...) The program I showed was the only way you can write a while (true) loop in Robolab with a break statement to terminate the infinite loop. It is Robolab's standard implementation of that good programming practice. My point was that strings (...) (21 years ago, 19-Mar-05, to lugnet.robotics, FTX)

  Re: Track side power polls.

(...) Hey Dave, it'd make a great telephone poll too! I like the detailing, but IMO its too thick for fig scale. Have you considered using technic/system rods instead? Thanks! Legoswami (21 years ago, 19-Mar-05, to lugnet.trains)

Re: New MOCs: Three MB Modules and a Small Craft

(...) From the name, I expected this to be a souvenier shop selling baseball caps. When I saw "pins", I thought that meant it also sold little pins to wear on your hat or shirt (or trade to Disney World employees for cooler ones). This is infinitely (...)   technic tread in starwars sets

set 7258 cant find a pic, but in my mania magazine catalog, has something called "wookie attack" one of the "ships" looks like a snail, with a fair amount of that somewhat rare lego technic tread. Chris (21 years ago, 19-Mar-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: The Brick Testament: Ehud and Shamgar / book signing tomorrow

I used a few different methods in the different photos of King Eglon, depending on his pose. In this photo, (...) (21 years ago, 19-Mar-05, to lugnet.build.ancient, FTX)

Re: Waterproof housing for RCX (Originally Re: U)

(...) If you do find more info, please let us know at inv at peeron.com. We'll add it to the catalog. Since it is listed at the bottom of the page after the Lego and DCP sections, my guess would be that it is an aftermarket part, or even an otter (...)
