Re: New Lego 8653 Enzo Ferrari detailed Pics inside!

(...) Now I'm REALLY hoping you will put out plans for your version!!!! The 8653 is a disappointment for me. I was hoping this would be the Super Car of this decade (OK, so they have few years left to give it to me), sure doesn't meet the specs I (...) (21 years ago, 3-Mar-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: New Curator + MOC Highlight Update

  New MOC: Knight Powersuit

Hey all, Guess who's back with a brand new moc. For all your viewing pleasure, the Knight: (URL) This is the result of someone's post (can't remember who) saying that they were disappointed that the Gamut and Shen Kai didn't have leg joints.   Re: French BB63000 series diesel locomotives

(...) [snip] (...) Hey! Cool engine. I am intrigued by the trucks (bogies). Are those skirts around the trucks or are they some other kind of stucture? Thanks for sharing, Chris (21 years ago, 3-Mar-05, to lugnet.trains)

Re: LEGO Factory updates and insight

(...) Will the same 16X16 stud size limitation apply to those models like in the contest, or will it be "anything goes" when you purchase your own model? (21 years ago, 3-Mar-05, to lugnet.lego, FTX)

Re: LEGO Factory updates and insight

(...) I agree with this suggestion completely. I was hoping that the new version of LDD that came with the Brickmaster's first package would be a functional program. Unfortunately it was not. (21 years ago, 3-Mar-05, to lugnet.lego, lugnet.cad)

  Re: Who is "mikepsiaki"

Re: My 3D Animation Diary (Was: The Minifig Macro)

Tore, Sorry. Things shouldn't be that difficult. I suppose I could have made the Couriership demo easier (I'll have to fix the 404). Anyway, the minifig should be alot easier, because everything except Anton's Library and POV-Ray is included. Easy (...) (21 years ago, 3-Mar-05, to lugnet.animation, lugnet.cad.ray)

  Re: Winterlude Photos

(...) There is something very wrong about a train display outdoors in winter in Canada! :-) Seriously, the snow effect is wonderful-- I totally buy it!   New Lego 8653 Enzo Ferrari detailed Pics inside!

My friend Daniel Romeleitis from Germany just sent me these 2 juicy new pics of his new set.   finally got around to it, belville mech

You know, I thought we might have seen something like this a lot sooner. Admittedly, Mecha is not my strong suit, but I wound up getting sets 8012 & 8009 cheap enough that i couldn't avoid experimenting. I'm still in the middle of this belville (...)   Re: Advantage on motor change direction?

(...) This command is useful when you don't already know what direction a motor is going. Consider the following contrived example: A Robot w/a single light sensor is supposed to drive back and forth between two black lines. Additionally, this robot (...) Hoo-bangin!!! Great use of chrome parts, the harpoon and crystal details really blew me away. Fa real, tho' that's some pimpin' sh*t. Anybody else remember the dude who used to customize his minifigs to make black folk pre-nba & lando? he had a (...) (21 years ago, 3-Mar-05, to lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: LEGO Factory updates and insight

I also had issues running the program as well (yet I run tons of graphic intensive programs without issues). Small problem for me.... The display for the pieces available, were not what I saw displayed in screen shots by others that were not having (...) (21 years ago, 2-Mar-05, to lugnet.lego)

Re: LEGO Factory updates and insight

(...) I just want to say, this is perhaps the coolest idea LEGO has done, in as long as I've been playing with these wonderful little bricks... (almost 40 years, if anyone is counting!) I wanna be Jake when I grow up!! JohnG, GMLTC (21 years ago, 2-Mar-05, to lugnet.lego, FTX)

  Re: Crane Steering

(...) Their steering is hydraulic and computer controlled (as is their suspension), each axle can be turned individually. This allows them to be tethered together in many configuration, end-to-end or side-by-side, or combinations, and all controlled (...) (21 years ago, 2-Mar-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Winterlude Photos

(...) YAY ParLUGment!!! Way to pull out the stops and put on awesome display. The "snow" looks wonderful, and YAY!!! to you all for braving the elements. Pulling off an outdoor display I am sure is no easy feat, but anyone can do it with style, and (...)
