  Update - CEO Letter.

Dear Fans of the System colours, thanks to all who have signed the letter, which I have published a short while ago at this place. This letter has now been printed on paper (yes, even the German one fit to one sheet of A4-Paper when printed in (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.color)

Re: Shogun, BAM (Big *** Mech)

(...) Mark, When I typed pieces, I was too vague, I didn't mean a tragic fall from a shelf but in reference to your comment of: (...) I would like to see the modules in pieces. That fascinates me for two reasons: first, I would like to see have you (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.build.mecha, FTX)

Re: Parts numer 6573 (Technic differential New)

(...) Oh yes !! great example, thanks. (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Train Bases

(...) I can't see how... I was under the impression that it would be easier to simply use stacked plates instead. Embedding a train base would solve a lot of problems with the motor connection issues, since the holes for mating would already be (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Parts numer 6573 (Technic differential New)

(...) to be more precise, 6573 has a slot at both end. (...) ...if these slots are useless (at least not used ), I wander why TLC design 6573 part as they done...I think this question will stay unanswered. (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Parts numer 6573 (Technic differential New)

(...) you can place part (URL) on there and it makes a great clock hand. example: (URL) Kojima ko@fial.com Fial Incorporated Telecom Monitoring Solutions 4343 SW Corbett Ave Portland, OR 97239 503.227.7083 (URL) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Parts numer 6573 (Technic differential New)

Ok, I see what you mean now. No there is no set that uses the differential with a driving ring. I actually never noticed this before, until now. -Paul (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Packing the Mountain

(...) I see most of the modules are fascias for the raised table sections. This one (URL) shows me how you've supported the mountain. I can see the cubic structure - about every 16 studs? However, is that a stack of red 1x4 bricks at the middle of (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Parts numer 6573 (Technic differential New)

(...) Yes, this fact is known, and these parts have been usefully replaced by the Technic Connector Angle serie. ((URL) replacement is a point that let me think LEGO toy is a toy of quality) (...) I agree....but what about the 6542 part ? ((URL) (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: altre passioni???

(...) Io ci sto. Spero pero' che sia abbastanza vicino a casa mia. Anche ammettendo di usare l'Hammond-Suzuki, e non il B3, mi rimane sempre da caricare in macchina un flight-case modello "lavatrice" con 115 Kg di Leslie... :-) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.it.itlug)

Re: Parts numer 6573 (Technic differential New)

6573 has a slot at one end that lets part 6539 slip in to it. i am un-aware of it being used this way in any official models. bob (...) Bob Kojima ko@fial.com Fial Incorporated Telecom Monitoring Solutions 4343 SW Corbett Ave Portland, OR 97239 (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Train Bases

(...) OK, a bit bigger than 8-wide, but still applicable... I have used 6x24 bases for 4-wheel wagons, like these two brake vans: (URL) and (URL). I also have another brake van and six 32ft tube wagons (pics to follow soon). I convert the tanker (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

Re: New Site - JLUG - Contest & Prizes too!

(...) One thing that is not entirely clear from the contest rules: Must the MOC be a real, physical MOC or can it be computer generated? Christian Holden (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.org.ca, FTX)

  Re: Packing the Mountain

Brian, Thanks for the photo documentry! I was wondering if you had time could you label the table sizes? Maybe super impose the sizes on the image ((URL) Did you custom make the tables for this project or did your tables sorta dictate the shape of (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Parts numer 6573 (Technic differential New)

(...) I am not sure what you mean by "Clutches" in the differential box. As far as I know every set that has it uses it. (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Parts numer 6573 (Technic differential New)

The teeth on that part were used in conjunction with this part: (URL) parts are old and the teeth usually broke off or the piece would crack. Basically you could use the bush to position the connector anyway you wanted on an axle and hold it in (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Three New Bots

(...) Thanks. Decobot is also miles more fragile. If you look at Decobot wrong, he falls apart. (...) The mass produced Bangobot is the same - except I used click hinges and one less finger. I think the black makes the hip look better than the grey (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Lego RC set 8369

(...) This is all fixed now. I also "repaired" all the theme trees for every relevant Racers / R/C set I could find (using R/C rather than RC to make it "more searchable" and (arguably) more "proper"), including pulling a set out of Technic that I (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

Parts numer 6573 (Technic differential New)

Hi, When you study 6573 part ((URL) you see two clutches as the one in 6542 part ((URL) you know, the 6542 clutch is used in gearbox with the 6539 part ((URL) the clutches in 6573 part used in any official LEGO model ? (my guess is no....) You can (...) (21 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)
