Re: Market Day at the Castle

(...) William, This is nice, I highly approve of castles with ports. I didn't see any close ups of the stalls at the market, are there any? Thanks, George (21 years ago, 1-Feb-05, to lugnet.castle)

  Ambassadors Selected!

In the last few weeks, some 60 applications have submitted for the LEGO Ambassador Program. For a program that has only just started, and has no tangible benefits (at the time of announcement), that's beyond amazing. Thank you to every single person (...) (21 years ago, 1-Feb-05, to lugnet.loc.se)

Berretti logo classic space: buone + brutte

Re: Looking for a one-way motor drive mechanism that is foolproof.

(...) While the differential sounds like a good idea, I'm not sure that will actually work well, either. Assuming you want axle 'A' on the conveyor belt to always drive forward, you can connect a motor to a differential. The diff. will have two (...) (21 years ago, 1-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Latest MOC: F/A-18 Hornet

(...) Very nice and detailed! I love it. Now, if only someone could figure out how to build a plane in a space about 2 studs by 1 stud... Then it'd fit on my aircraft carrier. It looks very swooshable, and the total studlessness of it rocks. Great (...) (21 years ago, 1-Feb-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)

Re: Looking for a one-way motor drive mechanism that is foolproof.

Well, I want to make sure that the drive mechanism doesn't accidentally try to start the wrong way, and try to either feed material into the hopper base, which is hard to clean out if I have to make it easily removable, or jam and stall the motor (...) (21 years ago, 1-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Looking for a one-way motor drive mechanism that is foolproof.

(...) Off the top of my head I can think of two ways, neither completely compact. One is to use the sliding worm gear trick, and take the two outputs and connect them to the belt in such a way so that if output A is engaged it drives the belt (...) (21 years ago, 1-Feb-05, to lugnet.technic)
