I forgot to make one very important remark: Not everybody uses the same RGB colour values: this may lead to entirely different results, even if the same algorythm was used. i must admit that i am not an expert at dithering. i have made improvements to Briksaic so it gives more accurate results. i took the CameronDiaz picture and ran it through Bricksaic to compare the results with Maarten's results. Chris, Thanks for asking these questions. I think this has been discussed before, but it is always good to rehash this at least for the .trainheads!
