Re: My First Train MOC - Red Boxcar

I think it looks real nice! I was wondering how it might look if the spacing was 4 studs between the ribs and 1x4 tiles horizontally placed. Hmmm... SteveB PS with a fist MOC like that, maybe I ought to wait 24 years! :) (IOW Cool MOC, congrats!) (...) (21 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

  Re: balancing bot

this looks similar to the logic I got working. I tweaked the parameters (equiv. to a,b,c in your code) and it's much more stable now. Interestingly, I have to set 'b' very high, about 2X of what 'a' is set to -- most code I've seen is just the (...) (21 years ago, 31-Dec-04, to lugnet.robotics)

12 spoke Train Wheels that were not released

A few months ago one of the AFOL's brought to my attention the fact that 12 spoke red train wheels were not produced for sale, and yet they show up in 1968-75 Lego brochures and books.
