When LeoCAD reads a file, it discards all parts that are not present in its part
library. To be able to keep track of unofficial parts used by the author but
that are not in standard library, I have written a little utility to establish a
part list showing all parts present in a LeoCAD file.

NOTE: this is a quick and dirty hack, that probably will not work with very old
LeoCAD files (or future versions)...
