This is not really necessary, but I'd be curious to see how people would feel about this one. How about, in order to add another level to the cooperative, fun, and friendly nature of the traveling boxes, we were to either: a. send a thank you (...) Well, I wouldn't really even use the batterires unless I was going to do some robot that had to be moving around. I would just use an AC Adapter for it. Simplistic and cost effective instead of blowing 6 batteries in a few short hours of using the (...) (25 years ago, 26-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

It's strange that you say alkaline batteries don't "seem to last very long at all". I've been using mine for over a month. You should probably qualify your statement by saying how many minutes or hours you've run the motors on those batteries. (...) (25 years ago, 26-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

First of all, we ROCKED the NMRA show! We had a location right near the front doors, with great visibility. We had 30 - 40 people around the layout at almost all times through the entire show.
