  Christmas in July!

Yeah! I found set 1298 (Advent Calendar) at my local TRU in Anderson, SC for 19.99. There were four, with a shelf space and sticker for them. Of course I bought one, how could I resist? Anyone else seen these in the US? Anyone know if S@H is going (...) (25 years ago, 25-Jul-99, to lugnet.general)

New POV renderings of some of my old Models.

Here are a couple of POV-RAY renderings of some models many of you I am sure have seen before but not in POV-RAY. I have to say I was very happy with these pictures once I finally got POV-RAY working. The two models I have completed are my A-Wing (...) (25 years ago, 25-Jul-99, to lugnet.starwars)

EG-6 Power Droid (aka Gonk) from Star Wars.  [DAT]

This is a real simple little model of the Droid many refer to as "GONK". Todd Lehman was the inspiration for this model a couple of months back when Star Wars was all the rage in the US. POV-RAY of EG-6 can be found at: (URL) ".jawaspam" when (...) (25 years ago, 25-Jul-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

(...) Please add my name to general box 1-3, minifig box, junk box and drab box. I have tons of elements I would love to add to these boxes. This is probably the coolest idea in a long time.   Re: Canadian Jambalaya

I live in Scotland but I'm off to Toronto for five weeks in two weeks time. Thus I could take a box to Canada, or bring one back.   Re: has anyone ldrawn any castle sets?

No, I don't desperately need any of them. They would just be nice to have. I don't have access to ldraw.org. Still trying to figure out why. So anything hosted there is out of my reach. Thanks, Adam (25 years ago, 25-Jul-99, to lugnet.cad)
