I guess TLC is not enforcing the rules of its own contest: (URL) The winner in the Senior category ("Deluxe Building" by GabrielLee) was built on 16 baseplates, as opposed to the 4 specified in the (URL) contest rules>. The Dover show was a success with our layout drawing a crowd all day. We also setup a play area which drew children all day long. Many children made creations and added them to the layout.
