  Re: OT: Crane madness

(...) Thats brilliant Tobbe. I thought the first truck looked a bit unstable in the second picture, and then when I scrolled down I saw it was very unstable :-). The operator should probably have lifted over the cab rather than the side, as the (...) (21 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.technic, FTX)

Re: Mobile Party Palace (Space Wheels Contest Entry)

(...) <snip> Too... Cool... For... Words.... There is a certain air of hubris about the Party Palace. While I was building it I had visions of a follow-up diorama depicting it's death. The Party lying broken backed across a ridge, it's great domes (...) (21 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Tank-killer..

This is a superb model. My only suggestion to get a little closer to the real thing would be to replace the last two plates worth of the engines with black, or maybe dark grey, instead of the current grey (part of the rear 1x1 grey brick) to (...)   Re: Behind the curtains - LEGO Factory AFOL Project Team

Great news, Jake! I think this shows a fundamental shift in the LEGO company's attitude toward AFOL's. Prior to this, I think we were perceived as a bunch of mostly harmless weirdos with a lot of time on our hands. But now, it looks like LEGO is (...) (21 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.lego, FTX)

Re: Problem creating .pov using LGEO parts in L3PAdd-on

thanks again (...) I don't get any error messages. POV renders the scene with no problem it just doesn't pick up the LGEO colors. I have a file called LGEO in 3.5 directory, I have added the changes to the lg_color.inc file and colors inc and have (...) (21 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.cad.ray)

Re: Commemorative DVD Feedback Thread - NEGATIVE

(...) The easter-egg section of the DVD is proving difficult to find. Todd, how does one unlock the nudity-riddled "unrated" version? -nk (21 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.events)
