I noticed a new folder in the SMART Brickshelf today: have you tried using those flexible thin rubber pads used to open really tight jar lids? I use one of those, and it works great (and is cheap). Pre-NWBC, I didn't give microscale building a second thought whenever I saw a little moc on the recent pages of Brickshelf. Very groovy, Tony! I really like the combination of blockiness and swooshiness! The opening is aces. You also managed to pull off orange/black/red without me thinking right off the bat of Halloween! :-D Dave (21 years ago, 18-Nov-04, to lugnet.space)
