I agree with Larry. However I feel that the bubble will pop. How did K-Mart get
enough money to have stock prices showing over $100. It is kind of like Tazer.
You need to show people something. I can show you numbers and numbers and make
them look good. K-Mart's strategy in regards to real estate is to sell locations
to HomeDepot. HD comes in and buys the buildings then converts them into new
stores. If K-Mart and Sears continue to do this then sooner or later they will
not have any real estate and they will start to loose ground. Again I don't
think that the name Sears will ever go out of the mind of the consumer. If I
were a betting man (which I am) I would say Walmart will start to buy shares of
K-Mart to start a hostile take over.
Walmart would be able to take over the Super K stores and have the use of the
name of Sear Robuck and Co.
I think I am getting to much into detail.
When did Lugnet become Wallnet or Marketnet?
Larry
The other Larry.
