  Re: Train Windows service packs

(...) 'Cause people want colors that will allow them to finish their current project. ;) Seeing as how the current Doors and windows pack is red, I'd say that would be the color that the Train Doors and Windows would be. Personally, I'd be happy (...) (26 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: IR Tower range

the IR for the tower accually isn't a cone, well, it kinda of is. What happens is with the the 'transparent' shielding, they have it curved so it will go off more horizontial right off the bat. The shape of the IR would be more of a really distorted (...) (26 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Train Windows service packs

Re: Hi all, back from vacation (SW Design Contest)

(...) The weird thing is that for the kids, an essay (50 words?) must be submitted, but for the over 17 crowd, an essay is *not* supposed to be submitted. Jeff (26 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Train Windows service packs

On the much disputed topic of which colour to ask for: Why not simply ask for a parts pack with all parts in the same colour (let TLG make the hard decision). I am quite sure TLG will be able to figure out which or how many colours they should (...) (26 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.trains)

  Re: Lego Dragons

(...) I started building one of these, quite some years ago. It had barrels for a neck, gems (well, red 1x1 round plates) for eyes, and the big polearm axes over the neck with the blades forming ridges over the eyes... I scrapped working on it when (...) (26 years ago, 25-May-99, to lugnet.build)

Hey all... IGN64.com has posted the first in a series of "developer's journal" entries, an exclusive series written by the producer.   Re: IR Tower range

(...) Tim, I haven't done any precise experiment about the effective range. In my experience, the actual range depends on many factors: - the orientation of both the IR tower and the RCX - reflecting surfaces in your room - interferences I'd say in (...)
