RE: IR Tower not working when downloading firmware

Andy, It is not COM port problem. I have used the same PC and the same configuration to successfully download to RCX the night before I took all the batteries out of the RCX. After 24 hours without battery, the RCX lost its firmware. It fails to (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: System Defense Boat "Sulu"

This is a really nice capital ship. It's got good roots in modern-day, seagoing warships, and reminds me of animesque extrapolations on what large spacecraft of tomorrow might look like (think Battletech). Awesome. The larger side missles that (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jan-03, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: 8431 Sold Out -- "DISCONTINUED", backorders in USA!

(...) Hi All, If you look on SAH, 8431 now says "Backorders Accepted, will ship by 21 Feb 2003" for USA.   RE: IR Tower not working when downloading firmware

Wendy, Dick, I'm fighting the same issue on a RIS 1.5. I haven't resolved the problem yet but let me share what I've found. Character echo means only that you've connected to the IR tower. Using hyperterminal, I get perfect echoes, but I get them (...) (22 years ago, 10-Jan-03, to lugnet.robotics)
