  Re: Opening sequence of movie . . . .

(...) Judging by the soundtrack/musical score, I think it'll open just like the other three: rolling letters, then panning across stars to a ship or ships above a planet, the -boom!- lotsa action. :) (...) [removed .trains from crosspost list] (...) You un-inlined the file that Ben posted by converting it to an MPD, and this reduced it from 429K to ~20K??? Awesome! --Todd (26 years ago, 15-May-99, to lugnet.cad)

Re: check out my Water Tower model

better idea is to make a .MPD file with the parts in them. i "un-inlined" the hulls and it went all the way down to ~20k add the size of the ufo hull and it is at an acceptable size. (26 years ago, 15-May-99, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.trains)

In case there's anyone else out there...

Hey, you never know. Judging from the fact that you can find SW LEGO sets everywhere around here, I'm probably the only one. But any other AFOLs that are local, feel free to drop me a line. :Derek (26 years ago, 15-May-99, to lugnet.loc.us.mt.grf)

  Opening sequence of movie . . . .

So . . . how does everyone think they'll open episode I? Do you think it's going to be a slightly modern version of "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away . . . ." with the traditional trumpet bursts while "STAR WARS" floats across the screen (...)
