Hi, I just came accross a 7.2volt (6 cell) NiMH battery. I think it's from a cell phone. My questions are: 1- can they be low current charged just like nicads? 2- can they deliver gobs o' current like nicads? 3- has anyone used them with a (...) Hi, I have started a project to build a Handy Board and everything was going fine until I started checking voltage in step 3.2.2. I get around +5 volts going from pin 2 of U16 to pin 7 of J9. I have my new handy board, but i can.t read any input. I have tried with peeks and with the hbtest.v and other programs. The only oinput that works are the two buttons. I'm using (or trying to use) IC version 2.860 beta for Linux, but it doesn't like the pcode I have on the handyboard. I have pcode version with a major version number of 2 and a minor number 81. Hi All, I've run into some problems with my robot, any help in solving it will be appreciated. Iam using a radioshack toy for my vehicle. for all custom nicad applications, i use radio controlled car batteries.... high amp's... steady charge... great for quick charge... you can even get them matched (which isn't really nessicary for most applications) you can find these batteries in (...) (...) Hi Max, If I recall, you're using the UNIX version of IC for 6.270 boards. Be sure to read the README which tells how to set up IC to default to load the lib_r22.lis file.
