I noticed one of Marc Klein's parts had comments for a part rotation point. I assume this is because he used MLCad to open the part and saved it. It got me thinking, though. I think these just correspond to the splines on the old connectors which they replace. I haven't checked it, but I think the splines are every 12.5 degrees.
