Lego spotted in Big Momma's House

I just watched Martin Lawrence in "Big Momma's House"...funny movie. :-) Anyways, during the course of the movie, a young boy (named Trent) has some lego in a big trunk. I spotted a lot of basic bricks, a castle knight, a basic bucket, and a large (...) (24 years ago, 9-Dec-00, to lugnet.general) !

  Re: new Technic product shown!

(...) You are completely right about the Prop Plane <set:8855>. Not only is it the the best Technic plane but it may be the best Technic set period. It is only 1 of 2 sets in my opinion that are perfect in both form and function. The prop assembly (...) (24 years ago, 9-Dec-00, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.technic, lugnet.year.2001)

Re: Need some help with some Train specs

Thanks for the track numbers everyone, I will refer to it as L-gauge or LEGO gauge, but it will be nice to have some hard fast number to throw out also. Kit-bash and Scratch are terms I've used with them before, even though we still have different (...) (24 years ago, 9-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)

  Date for next partsvote?

Hello, I saw at Tores Tracker that there are about 120 parts completed and I asked me when the next vote would be? Any hints? Greetings, Carsten (24 years ago, 9-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Re: I am appalled...

Roboriders could be saved for us big kids (I just turned 16, twenty years ago) with a few minor changes. 1. Split the ball joint cross axle off of the leg assembly. I can do this myself, but I hate to take a razor saw to Lego parts. The detatched (...) (24 years ago, 9-Dec-00, to lugnet.technic)

I have redone my website and now that I got a digital camera I've finally been able to add MOC buildings to my website. (URL) to the train section and click on the Intermediate link followed by the scenery button to see the pics. Let me know what (...) (24 years ago, 9-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: My newest creation, Hell Gate Bridge NY

(...) That was my initial thought, but in the photos, the curvature of the arch appears to vary, (hence it couldn't be curved rails) but it must just be an optical illusion from the lens curvature. As for arches, James Trobaugh's and Reinhard "Ben" (...) (24 years ago, 9-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Need some help with some Train specs

(...) But, you see...there is already a 1/2" scale. In fact, there are 2 widely modeled 1/2" scale's (LGB, and 1/2" scale/2.5" gauge) So, it would confuse the issue. I think Lego gauge is best, since it does fit all (offical) lego trains ever made. (...) (24 years ago, 9-Dec-00, to lugnet.trains)
