  Re: Legal Legal legal

(...) I definitely see your point. This sort of murkiness is, of course, what the civil courts of the world are for--someone has to decide if confidentiality was actually breached. I don't want to get into the wrinkles of Internet copyright law (...) (26 years ago, 9-Aug-00, to lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Sneak preview of my GEV

I'm looking forward to seeing more of the engine detail--having been an avid fan of Winchell Chung's renderings, these are all the more cool to (...)   Re: Harry Potter (Film) Set

(...) Sniff! I got books #1 and #2 through the Doubleday Science Fiction book club here in Canada, and had ordered #3. I got a letter back saying that the publisher wouldn't let them publish anymore (including #2), so that I couldn't get #3 that (...)   Re: 2001 Set info

(...) We may have to agree to disagree on this but there is no difference in kind between "deleting on whim" (which I agree you should not do) and "enforcing the T&Cs" (which I think most of us strongly WANT you to do) from a legal sense.   Tank Tread Question...

Hey. I was wondering if anyone knows the approximate ammount of conveyor belts and chain links required to make a oval tank tread the same length as the technic rubber tank treads (like the ones that come with Mindstorms)? I currently have a tank I (...) (26 years ago, 9-Aug-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Tank Tread Question...

(...) Well, that is pretty easy to find out. Just go into Ldraw or MLCad (Make sure you have the rubber tank tread part, available from .cad.dat.parts!) and compare. -- Mark Nelson Speedy's Lego Page: (URL) (26 years ago, 9-Aug-00, to lugnet.general)

  About Parts file

When selected Technic in MLCAD, I got a popup message box as follows: File 48/1-8edge.dat not found! I installed and unzipped all parts file from complete.exe and original parts files, I don't know what I should do, does anyone tell me why? (...) (26 years ago, 9-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Looking for some opinions on the Greenburg Show.

  Blacktron 6988 Alpha Centauri Outpost

  General NMRA Comments

WOW, the NMRA show has made for a big thread. Speaking of thread... Shirts/Hats/etc. I vote for shirts.
