  help with VB IR comms

Allo All I know its not new or anything, but I was trying to set up a Robotag type game with two RCX (is there are plural to RCX like RCXi?). One RCX (the Tagged robot) was to sit and spin round and send out a signal. The other RCX (the Untagged (...) (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Best Buy Mindstorms sale

They are advertised here in Wisconsin also but it looks to me like these might be the new normal price on these sets as they are advertised as "price drop" and not as "on sale". (...) (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: light sensor problem?

(...) It has changed from 0.1.x- Markus (who seems to have just about disappeared off the face of the planet) re-wrote a lot of that. On the other hand, in the actual ds_handler function not much has changed: the only thing that is apparent is that (...) (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

A suggestion... (Re: A General Question About CW)

In lugnet.castle, Kyle Peterson writes: <A whole lot of SNIPPAGE> (...) I have always harbored a hope for a cybernetic "capital city" or "free-market" or "demilitarized zone" or "large seaport" (like a CW Mos Eisely) where all balladeers could set (...) (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Not that I have seen...I will someday pick up a pair to put on the otherside of a Hanger project a started using the ExplorienAndroid base....I had hoped that these elements would have reappeared now in some other set = ( John (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.aquazone)

Re: (eBay) 3 DAY! : 116 Star Wars Lego Parts Lots

Hi all, Sorry to reply to myself, but I figured I should flog the highlights after getting an email to that effect: -Purple cones and tiles, still at $1 -Han Solo and Qui-Gon minifigs in quantity, still near $2 or less -A Darth Vader minifig with (...)   Re: Pirate Gaming

(...) Just remember, I'm going to try to be at the next Brickfest, so I'll hopefully have something to show for my time away... ;) Anyways, I hope I can be kept abreast of whatever's going on, rules changes, et cetera. best LFB (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.pirates)

  Re: Is the spacestation dead...?

(...) Now there's a critical mass. ;) Here's hoping your dormies are friendly and accepting of our shared plastic hobby...I went to a large regional state university, and people were really very uptight. Feh. Anyways, I won't be in the Boston area (...) (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.people)

(...) - My own personal answer sheet: 1) 23. 2) Forestmen. 3) Will be as soon as I get a better camera! 4) Forgive my set-number ignorance - the first Lionmen castle from 1984ish, the Forestmen's secret cave from 1989ish, and the new Defence Archer.   Re: Sith Infiltrator 7151 Alternative Model

(...) As long as your CD-ROM drive can handle PhotoCDs (and most made after 1991 can), it doesn't matter whether you have a PC or a Mac. PhotoCD is its own standard, sort of like web graphics. best LFB (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.build.mecha, lugnet.starwars)

  Re: light sensor problem?

(...) Having fixed the other screwup, I can report that snipping the code I discussed earlier allows everything to build just fine. It doesn't, however, solve the issue with the light sensors. I also tried swapping the two lines I mentioned earlier: (...) (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

E questo in che set si trova?

Stavo "navigando" per il sito delle parti lego quando ho visto un nastro trasportatore?!?!? che non avevo mai visto, vedi (URL) varie parti che lo compongono. Ma voi sapete da dove viene? Marco (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.loc.it)

Re: I realized I want Star Wars!

(...) We pay more in the UK too, but seriously the SnowSpeeder for me is the best set around. It's good value compared to other Lego, and has a lot of rebuild potential. Also, it's from the original trilogy - the Episode I stuff just isn't the same. (...) (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: I realized I want Star Wars!

(...) I think the LandSpeeder floats higher than that. What I use is a 2x2 brick - I've got some transparent ones from old Lego sets, but you could just pick a colour to match the shelf you sit it on. You have to put it on the centreline, exactly (...) (26 years ago, 23-Jul-00, to lugnet.starwars)
