  Re: Whats happening at W4K

(...) W4K - World4Kids (loser in the TRU V W4K battle) Penrith is the possible, venue for a display by our group in June. It's a case of spread the word, cull some AFOL's from the wild and maybe dismay some parents by showing our wares at this Toy (...) (25 years ago, 20-May-00, to lugnet.loc.au)

  Re: Blacktron Minifig Design

(...) B2-ness doesn't look nearly as odd to me. (...) I don't know, I've never been able to really improve on the original. I thought about changing the waist for a white or yellow piece, but I like the flight suit so much that it always seems (...) (25 years ago, 20-May-00, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Millennium Falcon Opinion

(...) I didn't realise there was a 1x4x3 brick (!!). I've only seen thinwalls and windows of that dimension; the thinwalls, of course, don't count as POOPs, because they perform a service that cannot be rendered with standard bricks--namely, making (...)   news versus email

It just occurred to me that there is one more reason why people would sometimes want to use the mailing list instead of this nifty Lugnet newsgroup - timeliness. I read news normally once or twice a day, but I read email whenever I get notified of (...) (25 years ago, 20-May-00, to lugnet.org.ca.nalug)
