It just occurred to me that there is one more reason why people would
sometimes want to use the mailing list instead of this nifty Lugnet
newsgroup - timeliness. I read news normally once or twice a day, but
I read email whenever I get notified of it. And no, I don't want to
have the newsgroup mailed to me, I think. So, I suggest that most
general discussions be here in the newsgroup, but any time critical
things might be best sent via email.
