  Re: Elektor Electronics Magazine Article

(...) So that *was* you? I was going to ask, but thought it couldn't be, because the "Dennis Clark" who wrote it used the spelling "behaviour" throughout. Knew that couldn't have been you.... <g> I think I have all, or most, of that series, and I (...) (25 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Review of my Znap experience

This message contains a review of my experience with Znap as well as some thoughts on the meaning of "Lego". I bought 4 Znap sets: 3551 $10 3552 $20 3571 $20 3591 $30 I built one model from each of the sets, I modified a couple of the models to see (...)   Re: Amazing fire truck

(...) Hey, I'm a 6-8 wide fan myself! I would never build a 4-wide truck in "minifig-scale." I consider 6-wide to be a better minifig scale, especially for trucks. --Bram Bram Lambrecht / o o \ BramL@juno.com ---...---oooo-----(_...o---...--- WWW: (...)   Re: LDAO Minifig Modeler

(...) My LDAO is set up to use LDLite. The Editor works, but the Minifig Modeller crashes just as described. Also, the Sort function crashes when you hit any of the buttons (Save, cancel, etc), but it still sorts the model. --Bram Bram Lambrecht / o (...) (25 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Amazing fire truck

(...) I figure that any scale is fine as long as you stick to it if you want to display your models together. For example, one of my semi's (the tanker) would work well with <set:2448>, but still dwarfs a four wide. My eight-wide (the trailer, not (...)   Re: Princess Leia up close and personal

Not a big fan of Jar-Jar in the movie, but then again he didn't bother me that much. I must say that I do like the LEGO Jar-Jar, or may I just like saying Jar-Jar Binks. It is a funny sounding name. Chris (...) (25 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.starwars)

  Re: Makefile question

(...) I have added random number generators to either of the c library, or to the float library (v0.2.3, on Linux). What I did was cd to the lib/c (say) directory, and deposit my source files there. I then edited the Makefile in this directory, and (...) (25 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

  Re: Elektor Electronics Magazine Article

(...) <Grin> Yup, that's me. I have read a lot of books and wandered around the world some, so my spelling tends to be a blend of US and non-US and my accent tends to NOT sound like I came from Iowa. I get dinged for that and for spelling grey with (...) (25 years ago, 28-Apr-00, to lugnet.robotics)

I can't believe it. Kmart is clearing out Lego, right? Well I just scored 5 of 5988 for $20 each!!! I don't yet know what I am going to do with the parts, but it will be fun!   FA: Lots of old Train Parts

These are not my auctions, but I know the auctioneer. He is Frode Torske, the Norwegian Lego Train Nut. Some of you might remember him from the early days of r.t.l.
