OK fellows, I want to chime in here for a moment..... I can't confirm this one way or another. What made me agree with Ben about this is the fact that those 352 Windmill instructions show the different levels of the building progression in different (...) The chest plate armor element came from an Armada soldier in the Pirates theme. You can see him in this set, far right: (URL) are just dk gray body parts and a hook hand (also from Pirates). Dave Baum book has a arm that may fit better to your needs. Basically it use 3 motors. One motor controls the torso. The second moves arms up and down. The third open closes the arm.
