Hi Guys, I just added a search engine to the PNLTC web site and thought I would pass on my experience. I went to Atomz.com and they have a extremely easy way to add a search engine. You "register" with them, Name, Address... and then give them the (...) (26 years ago, 30-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains.org)

  Coco bricks scimitars

(...) This was originally posted in another group but take a look at the swords. The only thing there I see that I might like are the scimitars. Those would be a nice switch for lego castle/desert figs. Tim (26 years ago, 30-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: First draft of the Lego-Modular Train layout standards posted..

(...) discussion thru threads before now :-/. But I can say I support the idea and am figuring out now how to make our layout compatible with the modular one. ...We are using table top layouts based loosely on the PNLTC standard. An observation I (...) (26 years ago, 30-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: Star Trek Lego?

(...) The really nice thing about modelling Star Trek ships is that you can take something like a salt shaker, lay it on its side and stick some toothpicks in it, and it becomes a Thiralian Hegemony Light Cruiser. :-, I've frequently played with (...) (26 years ago, 30-Mar-00, to lugnet.space)

Re: First draft of the Lego-Modular Train layout standards posted..

(...) I don't know who buys the most LEGO, or who has the most LEGO - but I think we can safely say that there are some pretty huge collections being represented on LUGNET and especially here in .TRAINS! If LEGO (the company) doesn't realize how (...) (26 years ago, 30-Mar-00, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.trains.org)

  Re: Star Trek Lego?

(...) Once, a long time ago (ie, a couple of years) I built a Klingon Bird of Prey out of parts from a 6889 Recon Robot. I guess it was to "microfig" scale, although I certainly hadn't heard that term then. :D Anyway, I thought it turned out fairly (...) (26 years ago, 30-Mar-00, to lugnet.space)

Re: Helfire - a microfig scale castle town

(...) Hey Shiri! (...) baseplate is a very nice touch, too. Looks kinda Zelda-ish (that's a compliment :-). Seeing your town has made me want to buy a red roof parts pack. I especially like what you've done for windows, and building texture in (...) (26 years ago, 30-Mar-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: First draft of the Lego-Modular Train layout standards posted..

(...) There are two 'standard' heights: 29 3/4" table + baseplate + 10 bricks + 1 plate 29 3/4" table + baseplate + 22 bricks + 1 plate (extra plate is used to represent 'ballast' under the tracks) The higher one should be close to PNLTC / WAMALUG (...)   BFC Test Files (was: ===== MLCad V1.8 IS AVAILABLE =====)

[X-FUT lugnet.cad.dev] (...) [snip rest of announcement] (...) everyone saw it: I've uploaded a set of files which have been cleaned and marked up, according to the existing BFC proposal. The file only includes some basic 1x and 2x bricks, a couple (...) (26 years ago, 30-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.mlcad, lugnet.cad.dev)
