You will also find that part in black in the Mega Core Magnetizer- set 6989 from M-Tron. You posted a picture of my favorite piece ever made. :-) check (URL) shows up midway through the instructions. (26 years ago, 22-Mar-00, to lugnet.general)

When I read the eBay TOS lo these many moons ago I thought it was pretty definite that you couldn't pull a bid for just any reason. There's no recourse in going to eBay (...) I have a really nice, and very expensive (somebody gave it to me), Tech 2432A dual trace scope with storage. I have also built about 20 boards of various kinds, some of my own design.
