That's actually a different staircase... the open-riser one in 6761 is fairly
new.  The solid staircase, which is the same kind of style as the spiral one
in the Time Train, shows up in <set: 6082>, and you can see it in this • picture:

I'm not sure if it appears anywhere else in black... I don't think so.
