It's not castle or pirates, but there was one in black in the Blacktron II
Alpha Centauri Outpost (<set:6988>) as seen in this picture:

(...) That's actually a different staircase... the open-riser one in 6761 is fairly new. The solid staircase, which is the same kind of style as the spiral one in the Time Train, shows up in <set: 6082>, and you can see it in this picture: (URL) not (...)
