Re: Broken pieces in 8448 Supercar?

(...) Yes, this happened to anyone who bought the first round of these sets (8445, 8446, and 8448) because the first round of the hydraulic cylinders was defective. All I had to do was write to Consumer Affairs describing the problem, and they sent (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.technic)

  LEGO Bulk Sales in 1950's.

This week I came across a new revelation. LEGO used to sell pieces via "bulk sales" back in the 1950's. But that was only in Denmark around circa 1954-56, and it was from RETAILERS!!!!. I came across two old 1950's LEGO retailer boxes for 2x10 white (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: How good is 8485 Technic Control Center?

(...) One slight clarification. The 2 push buttons that control one of the motors both turn the motor on, but in different directions. Also, one nice thing about the joystick is that it has 8 different positions, allowing you to control the two (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.technic)

  Re: Senator Palpintine / Emperor

(...) Oh, it won't go that far. Ewoks are dumb, Jar Jar is dumb... I haven't even ever met any kids who like Jar Jar. I find him midly amusing, but if I had my druthers, there wouldn't be any screen time wasted on him. I just find it difficult to (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Contest Idea [was: Re: Ow. [was: Re: BeltWars Update]]
