Re: Has anyone got new Throwbots?

Here in Tampa, FL, Millenium is all over the place, and I just saw Blaster and Spark at Toys R Us. No sign of Flare, yet. Tx, Mark (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.technic)

Re: Build your own laser-emitting brick!

(...) Very nice. One other thing you might want to mention on the web page: In many cases the lens assembly also functions as a heat-sink for the laser diode. While the whole assembly will only get mildly warm, even in a sealed enclosure, removing (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Future of LEGO Trains?

(...) Just going to pop in here: The gauges are indeed the same, or close enough. My 4.5v will run on 9v no prob (well, I swapped the motor with the 9v, but the cars work just fine), and 9v cars will work on 4.5v track. And I belive that 12v is (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)

Anyway, some takes on the Q&A: "SSG: The fans have been asking about figures-only sets, like the Ninja and Rock Raiders series. Will (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: St Louis: where to shop?

There are not any fantastic places, unfortunately. We have two Zany Brainy's in town, one at the intersections of I-170 and I-64 (Central St. Louis County), the other one east of Clarkson on Manchester road (west St.Louis County). A couple of KB Toy (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.shopping)

  Re: Future of LEGO Trains?

(...) Not to be picky, but there have been 3 voltages: 4.5v, 9v, and 12v. I've never seen any 12v and played with 4.5v once, a long time ago, so I can't comment on the gauge of the different tracks. Ben Roller (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)

I really like the feel of these fighters. The razor hawk is great. Some of them have this round, kind of saucer look I think is innovative. Also I love all the angled wings. Its good to see such creativity in small fighters. Your use of brown is (...) (25 years ago, 24-Feb-00, to lugnet.space)
