  Re: Shock Value

Oh, that's not my collection - someday I'll take pics of my collection ;-) That's just my recent (if you can call Jan-Mar 99 recent for the 5571s) parts purchases. I've got to sort/organize my collection before I take pics, and try to cram it all in (...) (26 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)

  Re: Lego Outlet in Georgia

(...) I'd also be interested in some of these sets. I'd be interested in up to 6 6038 (I'd even offer $8 for it) and 2-3 6278 (for $40). (26 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.shopping, lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade, lugnet.loc.us.ga)

  Re: 4558 doors(x4) for exchange

Yes, I totally forgot about them. OK, so I have lots of LEFT red doors, but no RIGHT doors :-/ And I'm not going to open all those 5571s just for the doors. I tore 4 of them open to sort into a sale lot, and can't even find the time to sort them. I (...) (26 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.market.buy-sell-trade)

  Re: Who has Metroliner cars?

At the risk of letting the cat out of the bag, I know of a person who has a s*** load of Metroliners. Any chance he will hook us up? (Hint, hint!) Beyond that, the only other person around us who has a Metroliner is the 3 car unit Eric McCarthy had. (...) (26 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.loc.us.ca.sf)

  RE: Sensor Reliability

Greetings, No not yet. I have been a little Lego lazy here recently. But the Lizards are still happy and healthy so as winter ends and I see the twinkle of love in their eyes they should give me a reason to build it. Once built I will take pictures (...)   Re: Freight Loading Station

(...) I have been experimenting with a remote operated freight station with some success. Instead of a grabber I used magnets. Similar to some car decoupler systems a little technic pin pushes the container away from the magnet. Downside is that (...) (26 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.trains)

Re: Extraordinary style + details in a spaceship

(...) I just bought a square yard of black felt at a fabric store for about $4.00. Very cheap. I keep one side clean from lint with the sticky side of masking tape. Cheers, - jsproat (26 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.modelteam)

Re: Extraordinary style + details in a spaceship

(...) Wow. How long is this model? I love the shot with the fighters, as well as the exposed engine. The detail is amazing! :-, Cheers, - jsproat (26 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars, lugnet.modelteam)

  Re: Shock Value

Tom, It's not the number of sets that shock me, it's the buying power! I wish I had that kind of money to spend! BTW, are you gonna part out any more of those Giant Trucks, 'cause I'd love to have some more of those silver cylinders and elbows from (...) (26 years ago, 7-Feb-00, to lugnet.general)
