Some new MOC Trains from NMRA NTS 07 —Steven Barile
Hi All, I brought some train MOCs to the NMRA NTS '07 and finally took some pics and uploaded them to BrickShelf. You can click on the images that are deep linked.      (...) I saw these in person and they are impressive! The car carriers especially stood out. Did you consider using two rows of the treads next to each other for a wider door way appearance at all? Best, Jonathan (17 years ago, 23-Aug-07, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

(...) Glad to hear that! Somewhat of an aside, we were out galavanting Tuesday night and ended up at a karaoke bar at about 1:00 am. I just happened to see Taps "Sex Farm" on the song list. I don't normally participate in karaoke, but was 4 or 5 (...) (17 years ago, 24-Aug-07, to lugnet.trains, FTX)

(...) Those are great looking car carriers. The tread links are a brilliant use of a new element! The only thing I could even suggest is to snot a tile between them for the vertical support, but that would be a pretty trick change. I hope to see (...)    Thanks John, They’ll be at NW BrickCon... you can see them there! :) As for the SNOT’ed tile I did that at the ends and the uprights betweee the treads are 1/2 stud off-set to accomidate spacing.
