Hello, Tim Deering and I are hosting a bot contest. All are welcome to enter.

Go here for the rules!

If more people enter, it will not change the likelyhood of us giving out prizes.

Remember: A bot is a bot, but a mecha is not!

...hmm...does this mean a person can submit multiple entries?

Like...an entire Brickshelf folder?

Just kidding, though it’s kinda sad that I don’t have
anything new nor any money to acquire more materials
with...*sigh*...

R.

They can submit multiple entries, as long as they are new. I suggest you take those apart and make new ones.

Anyway, stop reading this and build.

   Go Bot Contest

Finally a Bot contest where the rules make sense.

Expect me to make a bot or two.

When does the contest end?

Macaroni and cheese used to be a staple of my diet.. that is before Atkins.

What if my bot is the size of my foot? is that okay?

I like sausages.

Atkins?! Dump that yo-yo diet and do Herbalife. Its about nutrition, giving the body what it needs so it can get the job done! (i.e. losing weight)

And it (indirectly) spams the world with annoying and misleading signs and

Congratulations on a fun contest!

I find it interesting that you get to define Bot without even asking the
robotics newsgroup.  I didn't see any "Bots" that were actually robots.  Why are
"mecha" not bots?  Is this a Bot?

How about this?

They each involve the RCX, an official LEGO robotics part.  Doesn't that mean
they are Bots?

Kevin (just poking a little fun)

I can't believe that a Kevin would question another Kevin!  Simply crazy.
But to answer your questions...
