  MLCad rotaton point?

Just getting my feet wet on MLCad @ long last, and one thing that's giving me trouble is the rotation of parts. I got to be quite good at manipulating parts in LEdit, but I can't seem to rotate them at all in MLCad. At least, not in any way that (...) (13 years ago, 3-Sep-11, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  MLCad Group

Hi all, Currently I am working on a model where I make extensive use of Groups in MLCad in combination with LPub command REMOVE GROUP. Regarding Groups in MLCad, can someone verify this: - Elements in a group should all be part of the same step in (...) (13 years ago, 24-May-11, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  10179 - Millennium Falcon - project

Hi, Just wondering if anyone is working on an MLCAD version of 10179 - Millennium Falcon. 5195 parts - quite a lot. I think the majority of parts required are available as DAT files. Feedback appreciated, Regards. (13 years ago, 28-Feb-11, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Re: MLCad.ini 2010-03 Update Now Available

(...) Well done Willy. Thanks for keeping this updated. I noticed that the last (4th) batch from the Lego Universe team contained lots of minifig accessories (i.e. m30408, m30138) as shown in the following post: (URL) all/some of these made their (...)   MLCad.ini 2010-03 Update Now Available

Hi, I just updated the MLCad.ini file accordingly to the latest LDraw.org parts update 2010-03. The .ini file defines (among other things) the parts available in MLCad's minifigure generator. Download the file from my website: (URL) w. (13 years ago, 27-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad, lugnet.announce)

Re: Handling of ~Moved to files

(...) As far as I remember we have only on the PT a '~Moved to' file that do not only change the name of the file but also the origin. My tests shows me that version 3.3 and 3.2 behaviour is the same. For that reason I thought it would be a good (...) (13 years ago, 24-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

Re: Handling of ~Moved to files

(...) Arghl! I guess this happens only with V3.3? I never noticed that with 3.2. (13 years ago, 23-Jan-11, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Handling of ~Moved to files

I just want to inform that MLCad does not handle the ~Moved to files in a good way. If you are asked for updating to newer parts the new reference will be written into your current file, but if there is any transformation this will not be taken into (...)   Re: *** MLCad V3.30 *** new feature request

(...) Well, it's been a while since I've checked, and now there's a forum dedicated to SR3DBuilder, which looks like the best solution by far to what I'm looking for. It still doesn't run on Linux, but that is exactly one of the topics on the forum: (...) (14 years ago, 19-Oct-10, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  New MLCad basic tutorial

Hi, I can't think of a place more inappropriate for this announcement considering the high talented people visiting these groups. Anyway, here: (URL) find a new basic tutorial for MLCad.   Re: *** MLCad V3.30 *** new feature request

(...) LeoCAM had a really rudimentary "snap-to" functionality added to LeoCAD. It didn't work entirely well, and was never entirely completed (as it was an academic proof, rather than an actual attempt to create a functionality). The sources have (...)
