Working pretty much from the moment I got home last night, till I went to bed, I finished 4 medieval shops for MichLUG’s upcoming castle display.

what’s the display you mentioned? since these houses are CC compliant, is it a CCC display? be sure to let me know, so I can add it to the Classic-Castle City page!

MichLUG will be displaying at the Motor City Comic Con. In addition to a large Moonbase display, we will also have a couple tables of Castle creations. Personally I will be debuting a island castle, these shops and few other things. I know Peter Guenther has his Haunted Keep. Anyways, a number of members are bring items and were going to put it all together when we get there. As far as I know it won’t be adhering to the CCC standard.

   thanks for showing these..

My pleasure.

   one question: interiors?

Not this time around, too busy trying to finish them before this weekend. Maybe in some more that I will probably build after the show.

That’s a wonderful batch of creations for such a short amount of build time.

Thanks! Next week, I plan to spend more time on each individual shop, adding interior details, etc.

Hi Jason,

I like these shops as well. The color schemes (orange and yellow) are nice. I also like the lions head used as sculptural ornament.

Thanks for the compliments. I have heard mixed comments on the yellow. One person said that it looked like a bumblebee house. I like that lion’s head as well, I need to try and find other places to work it in.
