That's because it is made with POM plastic like the mini-fig hands. It is
harder and more flexable. This was all in the officel Lego site press release
way back when.

| I recently bought several ZNAP sets at the Albany, NY TRU. Here is a summary of the sets and parts. "Starter" Sets: 3501, 3502, 3503, 3504 "Medium" Sets: 3520, 3531, 3532 "Large Sets: 3551, 3552, 3571, 3581, 3591 Note: sets 3552, 3571, and 3591 come (...) (25 years ago, 22-Apr-00, to lugnet.znap)
