  Re: ZNAP 3582 Insect

(...) Whoa, you are right, that is pretty damn cool, and big too. Call LSAH and check if it out yet. Usually if its on the site, they can get it for you. Good luck and let me know how it comes out. Jason F. (25 years ago, 10-Nov-99, to lugnet.znap, lugnet.technic)

  ZNAP 3582 Insect

Take a look at (URL). I live in the US, and have not actually seen any ZNAP sets before. From the pictures, most ZNAP sets look ugly to me. However, I have read several posts on lugnet.robotics praising on the nice qualities of this new building (...) (25 years ago, 3-Nov-99, to lugnet.znap, lugnet.technic)

  Re: ZNAP Adverts in UK

(...) I've been working on a train bridge that would NOT be possible (at least as concise and strong as it is) without Znap. They make excellent structural components for large Technic structures. I want MORE! If you'd like to help me obtain them, (...) (25 years ago, 2-Nov-99, to lugnet.znap)

  Re: ZNAP Adverts in UK

The second wave of ZNAP releases came a couple of months back with six new sets in total. Tesco is the only place I've seen 'em though... (unless you take a look on LEGO's web site). I posted re this a couple of weeks back. Apparently, it was a good (...) (25 years ago, 1-Nov-99, to lugnet.znap)

  ZNAP Adverts in UK

There seems to be a spate of Lego adverts in the UK at the moment! Out of the ones that I've seen - Supercar, Droid Dev Kit, Town(city), etc.. the ZNAP one is the most interesting, as in, why advertise something that was a one-off test in the (...)   Re: which one

The 3552 or the 3571 are really good value. Both have motors, flex axels, and good wheels. My local Argos was selling these cheap at the weekend. Scott A Chris Magno wrote in message <38012E18.5BDE96F0@home.com>... (...) (25 years ago, 12-Oct-99, to lugnet.znap)

  which one

I'm a Big technics fan. My in-laws live in South port. (UK) If I had to impose on them to ship me just one set what Should I ask for. I've just held a flex axle and now I want many. what set has the widest selection of good "lego" parts? Chris Lego (...) (25 years ago, 11-Oct-99, to lugnet.znap)

  Znap

Actually, Znap is much closer to Construx, not too much like K'NEX. Basically it will interface with Lego through Technic, sort of like interfacing Duplo and Lego through 2x bricks. Once you make the 'transition', you can do whatever. I am (...) (25 years ago, 22-Sep-99, to lugnet.znap)

Re: Do you want some ZNAP?

Don, I can only describe it as a cross between lego and K'nex? - more like K'nex, but nonetheless still 100% LEGO. If you like I can send you a JPEG scan of models made using ZNAP? ALTERNATIVELY LOOK ON SOLD ITEMS ON E,BAY. I have some cheap ZNAP (...) (25 years ago, 21-Sep-99, to lugnet.znap)
