(...) That's really cool. I was sort of surprised to see the stars attached rather than embedded in the layers but I guess a lot of early flags (sewn) have stars sewn on... Heres some Day 2 pictures of the world record US flag build attempt at the 2005 OC Fair. Stripe #7 is the first to have the blue union (sometimes called the canton) and stars.
