Have I missed some teasers lately, or have there not been any?

What?  Don't you think we take our unofficial title of "most disorganized
train club" seriously?  <grin>

Here are a couple pictures of what we've completed so far:

These were taken in Minot, North Dakota, a few months ago.  Since then, we
have done very little building.  We've spent the last two months just
*sorting* stuff, after two club members decided to merge their personal
collections with the club's collection.  We've also been buying hundreds of
sets off the local Target after-Christmas clearance aisles - so more sorting!

Hey!  I was in the area right after Chirstmas & ran across the Women's
Soccer Team on sale at Target.

We have built a couple new pieces of 8-wide rolling stock, I'll probably get
some pictures up this weekend.  As for module construction, that might take
a few more weeks, since we're just getting started on our fifth module.

If anyone in the Twin Cities is interested, we'll be setting up at the
Minnesota Transportation Museum's Jackson Street Roundhouse in St. Paul the
weekend of February 2nd & 3rd.  Pretty much the same layout as the link
above, but hopefully with some new trains.

Maybe I can get back to the area & see it...  Is that the roundhouse with
the big O gauge layout in it?
Josh
(no, unfortunately, I don't live quite that close to be a member... but i
know the area well.)

(...) I think you're thinking of the terrific display at Bandana Square. The Jackson Street Roundhouse is just North of downtown St. Paul, basically behind the Capitol building. Here's a link: (URL) a small roundhouse, with more rolling stock (...) (23 years ago, 8-Jan-02, to lugnet.trains.org)
