I'm not 100% pure. So I would use sticker edges between rail joints to
insulate. Or just mount the track one stud apart, that makes a fine gap.

Why? You just need two switches back to back, like so (bad ascii art)

When you align both switches to A2 and B2 respectively, A-B are no
longer electrically connected at all.

| How would you connect 2 different LTC layouts together when the way the transformers and therefore power distribution is different? If you did a straight connection then one group would control the others trains. The solution I thought of was to (...) (25 years ago, 24-Aug-99, to lugnet.trains.org)
